Never heard of a supper club? Well you're not alone. Supper clubs are basically a cross between dinner parties and restaurants, often hosted by individuals who may not work in food by day, and in unusual and quirky locations. Underground restaurants such as these were originally concieved in Paris, but quickly spread all the way around the world. Thanks to the age of the web, it's possible to eat tapas at a strangers house in Barcelona, Sushi in Kyoto or rillettes in Lyon, and all without ever entering a traditional 'restaurant'.
