Q.How do I find out about the next event?

 

A. The next available Leaping hare event will be publicised on Twitter, Facebook and on this website. Alternatively you can check out the supperclubfangroup.ning.com for full listings of all supper clubs and pop-ups.

 

 

Q. I want to come to and event but I don't have anyone to come with, is that ok?

 

A. Of course! We encourage individuals to come along, as supper clubs are a perfect way to meet new people.

 

 

Q. I want to book but I don't use BACS, can I pay another way?

 

A. Yes. We will accept a cheque, bankers draft or cash via post; please contact us.

 

 

Q. Can I bring my own alcoholic drinks?

 

A. Yes you can, as our events are all BYO unless otherwise stated. Corkage charge is included.

 

 

Q. I can't find a price listed anywhere?

 

A. Our events range from 7 course banquets to more simple 3 course relaxed evenings. The cost of each event reflects this, so we can't list a set price. Normally you can expect to pay 30 pounds for a 4-5 course dinner.

 

Q. I've booked my place but I can't make it! Can I get a refund?

 

A. You can, provided you give us enough notice. We start buying specialty ingredients of our events up to two weeks in advance, so it can be a costly process to have people book and then not be able to attend. Of course we understand that sometimes it's unavoidable, and we don't want to leave anybody short-changed, either. Generally speaking, if you let us know the week before the event, we can issue you a refund. If it's shorter notice than that, then we will try and fill your place instead before we can give a refund. If it's too late to find a replacement, we suggest you nominate some friends to attend in your place, and for them to return the favour next time!
